While we meticulously inspect every component before shipment, we recognize that occasionally adjustments may be necessary. Our returns policy is designed with the same precision as your target sights.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and in resalable condition (no signs of mounting or tuning)
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery date
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Nok Sets & Kisser Buttons (personal contact items)
  • Custom-tuned Cams & Modules
  • Special order Bow Hardware & Parts
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

The Precision Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information (or use our template below):

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Plani Bow Gear Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for the following item(s): Order Number: Item Name(s): Reason for Return: Please advise on next steps. I confirm the item(s) are in original condition with all packaging. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Number]

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1 business day, you’ll receive:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely repackage items using original packaging. Include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible on exterior

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt at our Virginia Beach facility:

  • Our technicians will inspect items within 2 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/denial
  • Refunds process immediately upon approval

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after approval

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

For size or model exchanges:

  1. Follow standard return process
  2. Specify desired replacement item in your request
  3. We’ll ship new item once return is received

Expedited shipping available for additional fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equipment:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange immediate replacement
Pro Tip: For international returns (outside US), we recommend using the carrier specified in your return authorization to avoid customs delays. Duties/taxes for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
